Mr. Vijay Dixit is the Chairman at Senior Builders Ltd. The renowned Developer is accredited with the title of ‘Mall Man of India’ by Swagat Magazine, the leading In-flight magazine. The first generation entrepreneur legend was born on 31 May 1955 in Farukkhabad district of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his schooling and then did B.A. from a local college of his district.

Though the visionary gentleman had very simple life right from his childhood but his dreams and passion to achieve big in life opened the doors for his Real Estate venture, ‘Senior Builders; which today is a renowned name in Real Estate Industry. His intellectual and entrepreneurial skills gave him the vision to give new dimension to the real estate projects. Hence, Mr. Vijay Dixit became the first real estate honcho to bring the concept of malls in India. He has been bestowed with various national awards and recognition for his tremendous contribution in the field of real estate.
